Sarah, I changed my paypal address, and had no problems with purchasing
Skype credit. I don't know what could be going on for you, but I hope you
get it respoved.

I was able to buy Skype credit, however, I had to use the Paypal option
because even though I had verified my debit card via my bank's verification
system, Skype refused to validate the purchase. Note. When you're buying
Skype credit using the Mac, there's this frame you need to interact with
every time the next page opens. It's no big deal and quite a painless
process; that is, of course, unless Skype doesn't like your info for some
reason.

Sometimes, Paypal from time to time do a security check on accounts ie
Paypal to prevent unauthorised use in case of any intrution from
suspected
hackers. This happened to me recently when I made a purchase but I went
through a security check via automated phone call from Paypal and all
updated. If you go to the paypal help centre, all this will be explained
in
more detail that's if you still encounter problems of course.

Ok Maybe this is a problem or not but I changed my paypal password for
security reasons of corse lol and I tried to buy skype credit and
sort of could not. It said that there was an error when I used paypal.
