Hi This issue hasn't got anything to do with skype talking. It is the design of skype 4.1 I think. NVDA doesn't read context menus untill somebody performs a change in how skype looks like. These include changing from full to compact, terning of or on keyboard navigation etc. So what I was doing when I was trying skype 4.2 beta was to tern off extended keyboard navigation from the tools, accessibility menu and then terning it back on again and skype was working fine. Unfortunately somebody will have to do it every time skype is restarted but after that it works fine. Nikos
