It works automatically, however, a newer version of NVDA and
nvdaControllerClient32.dll is needed. Next version of SkypeTalking will
will already have this new dll. You can download latest from
www.nvda-project.org/nvdaControllerClient
Note, you should use NVDA 2010.1 beta or later for this to work properly.
