Hi. Thanks for the portable version. I did find a work-around for the installer version. I just had to install it to a different directory. The security settings on program files is just too high. I installed it in it's own skype talking folder, under Other programs, and it works wonderfully now. Yes I got the same problem when trying to run it on friend's Windows 7 PC. You can get a portable version of 0.6A here: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/4078384/SkypeTalking0.6A_Portable.7z It should work fine.
