skype talking is not a replacement for the scripts. to access the skype
user interface you will still need the scripts. skype talking does not
provide access to the skype user interface.
skype talking how-ever is an alternative to skype watch. it provides the
same information skype watch does.
the advantage to skype talking is that skype talking uses the skype Api com
interface. skype watch uses system tray alerts provided buy the skype
program. this is an advantage because the Api does not change from version
to version where the user interface it self changes. so no matter what
changes in the user interface skype talking will work. the disadvantage of
course is you need to have both your screen reader running and skype
talking.

I need some clarification in order to well understand how is the best way
on working Skype.
I apologize in advance if this question has been already answered.
I'm using Skype 4.1 and Jaws 10 with the Doug's scripts, version 4D.
I've discovered this new feature released by Hrvoje called SkypeTalking.
My question is simple: is SkypeTalking an alternative to scripts? Or, both
it and scripts should work together?
Do I have to unistal the scripts and SkypeTalking will provide all the
accessibility I need to use Skype? How it works?
