The www command in Clisk, the home command in Clisk, and the Ctrl+Shift+W command in the JAWS Skype scripts should all still work, yes.
As for the silent History switch issue, mine says the history Item I focus. I don't currently have a reasonable way to identify when the History page is showing, versus the Contact list or Conversations list; so at this time, JAWS will not say "History page" or anything like that.
