hi,
what version did she upgrade from. are you sure she is running the latest
scripts. press jaws key q to find out the script version she needs to be
running 4.2c of the scripts if you here anything else get her the latest
version.

One more point.
None of the Doug Lee hot keys seem to work.CTRL+SHIFT+O only works to tell
you that Skype is unable to access the contacts.
I checked her user settings and the skype scripts did load there.
Although I did not think to delete her user settings prior to loading,
using the installer.

scripts and uses JAWS 11. Prior to this issue skype read fine.
Now, if she arrows down her skype contact list or any list from with in
skype options, nothing reads. She can tab through the choices in the
options list but can't arrow down through the lists to get say from
general to audio settings.
Her menus are set to classic and the accessibility item is checked.
When in the skype contact or history list, she can not tab to any of the
items. Nothing is read.
I assume the items are there visually but she can't read them with JAWS.
