But, As from Skype 4.2, that option is disabled and the classic window style is selected automatically, when Skype is loaded after JAWS is loaded and working. Seams like Skype detects that a screen reader is running and automatically sets the classic window option and disables the possibility to change it to the Skype window style. Unfortunately, this Skype function doesn't work when NVDA is running (or at least it didn't work for me, when I last checked it).
