Hello!
You can disable the messages which comes from skype by doing this steps:
Open skype,
Activate the menu bar and go to tools>options
Then Find the Alerts and messages option with up arrows
And tab untill you hear the promations check box
Uncheck it and save the changes by clicking the Save button.
After doing this, you'll have any notifications about Skype's services
and promations.
