I had same trouble as well. I simply solved by going to the projekt home
page because the direct url did not work for me also. Just do the following:
1. open your browser, focus the address bar, and type:
skypetalking.googlecode.com;
2. in the just-opened home page, search for the "Downloads" link;
3. here choose the links corresponding to portable version or installer
version according to your preference.
