Hello I think you should consider uninstalling the scripts and going to
the
script website and downloading the Skype scripts for 3.8 again. It
sounds
to me like she might have downloaded one of the translated versions of the
scripts.

My friend installed jaws script for skype and she told me jaws isn't
saying
in english ,when she install the script it didn't asked her which language
to choose ,Does anybody know how she can change language to english for
jaws
script or what she need to do? She have reinstall it twice and it not
saying
in english at all.
