I found the link to listen to it. Simply open www.globalvoice.info, then
choose the links "Narrowband streaming" or "Broadband streaming", according
to your connection type I think.
But I need to know exactly the time diference because I don't know what does
UTC mean. Does it have similar meening of GMT? Meaning, does it mean
Greenwich time?
