I neighter think there's an option like that in SkypeTalking. And about
Skype, I think this choice is gone already since Skype 4.0, and maybe
SkypeWatch uses another system now to get callers ID. Note that SkypeTalking
nowadays reports "ringing" for the calls, and I'm afraid it still can't
distinguish outgoing from incoming calls. My advice is to use SkypeWatch
combined with SkypeTalking, So that SW announces incoming calls in an easily
comprensible way and ST the other notifications. SW can now be installed
with an utility created by Hrvoje Katic, the SkypeWatch installer, which can
be found at his personal website www.hrvojekatic.tk.
