insert+0 to open the script manager. press ctrl+shift+d to access to

Hello All,
I'm using jaws 8 with skype 3.8,I noticed when someone send me a message
in skype ,well skypewatch did tell me who was sending me a message ,but
however when someone is calling me on skype skypewatch didn't tell me who
is calling me before I answer the calls. Is there a way I can get
skypewatch to tell me who is calling me before answer it? Because
skypewatch tell me who is sending me a message .
