Hey Sarah,
unfortunately the link to Skype 4 tutorials does not work properly, IE tells
me "Unable to find the page". Note that I checked the address bar after
clicking, and noticed that there's an error in the word "Skype", there's an
exchange between p and e which may cause the link to refer to an incorrect
page. Hope this helps, and check it out when you have time.
