hi, I don't think this is doable because what skype does is puts it in a
cue waiting to be sent. as far as I know there is nothing that shows if the
message was in a cue or was sent to person x. rest assured that the message
will get there as soon as skype can deliver it.

Hello all,
I'd like the possibility for SkypeTalking to announce wehen a message
could not be delivered, because the person is offline, for example. I
tried to send a message, but because SkypeTalking only said sending I
presumed it got sent but SkypeTalking forgot to announce it. Twenty
minutes later the message I sent was announced by SkypeTalking, shortly
after the person signed in.
I hope this suggestion is of great value.
