Many thanks for the link. I've copied the file. I'm thinking it is a
strategy I may want to follow.
This morning, I discovered all my settings had gone back to default. All
sounds, accessibility, hot keys, everything! I am certain that I never asked
for this to happen.
When I made a call that required me to use the dialpad, control shift d
wouldn't work. I got the answer "unable to find conversations toolbar. This
happened even after I'd got compact view switched back on, and I thought all
the other options set the way they're supposed to be. GRRRRRR! Oh how I
absolutely *HATE those modern sounds!!!
