I sincerely did not know this procedure... When I am on a call and want to
add another person, I usually select this one and choose applications /
Invite to conference.
Regarding how to receive a file:
1. press ctrl+2 to go to the conversation list, and select the conversation
of interest (if in compact view, press applications and choose send IM);
2. press ctrl+5 to get to the conversation messages list;
3. press end key, or use the harrows, to reach the line which deals with the
file transfer;
4. press tab till you find the save button. You probably will receive a
confirmation dialogue where you should press ok, then a window asking you
where to save the file. When you chose this, the transfer will start.
