Could you explain exactly what your problem might be? What steps your taking to reproduce the problem. Here is an example when I get the e-mail from skype telling me a new voice mail has come in I can't find them. Then we know what problem your having and can give steps to help you. Steps example. When I press control 5 in the steps you provided jaws says window not found. It does not take me to the chat events list. Ok now we know where your having a problem in the steps we provided. Saying I can't get started with voice mail doesn't tell us anything. What did you do to try to start what problem did you have information like this would help us to help you.
