Skipe me has been removed as a choice in the online status option, as it was
confusing users. at least that is the official line from skype.
As for cycling through chats, try control tab, also try control shift L,
then use your arrows.

Hi, I appreciate Mitchell Barbie and others particularly Jim and Anthony
who helped me over the bumps of getting used to the new versions of skype
and scripts. One question I have is I looked through all the menus and
noticed that skype me is no longer or seems to be no longer available. Is
this the case or do I need to tweak a setting? I looked everywhere
including clicking a few links. Is the scripts and skype supposed to
anounce when you get an IM and how do you read the incoming IM? Can
somebody give me any idea about what the different sounds mean? Since
everything is compiled into the conversation menu now, I want to keep
things straight and know to whom I'm chatting and how to go from person to
person and how to look and see if they're calling for a chat. Thanks
