Watch out Yvonne, ctrl+1 only works if the scripts are installed and
running.
4 Lori: if you have too many contacts, the scripts make in way that the
contact list is very large to scroll and this causes much cpu usage. I
recommend you to check all the items in Contacts Menu, view contacts that
are submenu. Check out also Skype language, I rad some users who
accomplished that Skype language suddenly changed, maybe with arabic or
something cyrillic, so that JAWS was unable to read nearly anything.
