Hello
If by "Skype mode" and "Classic mode" you mean the set of 2 radio
buttons witch control how the Skype's title bar and menu bar will look
(like classic windows or with a modern design), that option is
automatically disabled and switched to "Classic windows" by Skype
itself, when it detects that a screen reader is running.

It sounds like you have an old favorite that went to a visi.com
address. That page basically got orphaned by a transition I had to
make a while back. dlee.org has always been the right place to find
my web site, but until recently, if you saved a favorite from my site,
it would go to the actual source of the files, which changes
sometimes. Apologies for the confusion this sometimes caused.
