Thank you I knew there were some settings I needed to change to make the
screen reader and Skype work more smoothly but could not remember the
changes. Is that the only change that needs to be made?

Hi Josh,
In the default view, I think you press control 2 to get to the
conversations view, use the arrow keys to select the conversation you
want to interact with, then press control tab to open the edit field. I
could be wrong on this, so someone please correct me if I am. If you
switch to compact view from the view menu, the messages will open in
separate windows, which means they'll simply be in the alt tab order.

Friends thank you all for the help in getting my Skype account up and
running. I got the Revision 42E installed along with Skype Talking. I did
the test call and everything sounded good there. i actually did a Skype
call tonight as well and no complaints there either. Now if I could only
figure out a quick way to get to the edit field when someone sends me an
IM i would have no qualms with Skype hopefully for a long time. Take care
