Hi Josh and list. Revision 42e of the scripts will work with the firstbeta release of Skype 5.0. You can just install Skype 5.0 beta over yourcurrent version; no uninstallation is necessary. Just hang on to yourcurrent Skype installation file so that, if 5.0 is not to your liking, youcan re-install the previous version.

I still use skype 3.8, so I'm not sure where you'd go in skype 4 or 5.
For
me, it's in the tools menu, under advanced settings.

No, you would not lose all of your contacts. I have had to reinstall
skype quite a few times after removing it, and I have never lost my
contacts.
Also, for reassurance, you can back up your contacts to a filethrough
skype.

In the toolbar under tools there is an item called Extras. Does
anyone
know if any of these extras are accessible? I am using Skype4.2,
revision 42E scripts, and Skype Talking. Now a question about
Voicemail.
I recieved a voice mail earlier today but I do not have anySkype
subscriptions nor do I have any prepaid Skype Credit. I have not
provided
any information to Skype for bililing purposes nor have I set upa
voice
mail account. Does anyone know why I have voice mail and does
anyone
know
how to leave a voice mail for someone that has a voice mail
account?
