Are these plans applicable to citizens or residents of the USA? If so, I
will not be eligible to access any of those plans as I live in Trinidad and
Tobago, so I will keep my Skypeout arrangement and just add funds to my
Skype account when the funds go to USD 2.

I have the Unlimited U.S. and Canada plan and you can call any type of
phone
land-line or mobile. It will not work for interstellar calls.

Sarah Thank you for your help regarding the specific tones. Now I have a
question regarding Skype subscriptions that I hope someone can help me

I noticed that Skype says you can call mobile and land lines however, on
their website page where you purchase minutes it seems to be different. On
their unlimited United States and Canada plan for 2.99 a month it says
land
lines but no mention of Mobiles. Does it make that distinction for a
purpose or can you still call mobiles with that plan? If that plan only
allows for land lines specifically to be called and not mobiles then which
plans include mobiles. Most people I know only have mobiles. Thank you all
