My answers follow your questions.
1. if I want to add somebody in the conferrance call, how can I?
I think within the call there is an "add people" button. Activate this
with the spacebar and select someone from your contact list.
2. If, I am in some other application, and somebody give me call, how
can I get to know that who is calling?
I think the only application that will do this for you is Skype
Talking. It is a program which allows easy interface between any
screenreader and skype. I don't think the scripts for Skype will tell
you whose calling if you're in another application, but skype talking
will. But they are very helpful too so I think you can use both quite
well. The other Sarah has given you the link for the scripts, and

3. if I am in my contect list and I hit enter in some of my contect,
it opens his or her page or window. then if i call him or her, then
after ending the call how can I come out of that page or window of
that contect.
I'm not sure about this one. For me, alt f4 has always worked.
4. what is the difference between difolt view and compact view?
I'm not certain, but compact view is the only one that will work with
a screenreader. Also, there are a few other modifications to the
settings you can make for skype to work better with JAWS. the scripts
page from Sarah lists all of these.
