Thank you for this explanation. However, that makes it even more interesting
since I have only had the account about a month at most. The first time I
have ever given Skype any financial information was when buying this
subscription. Something I did notice though when first creating my Skype
account was a notification to make a free Skype call which never worked.
With your explanation though of the differences I will just ignore the
notifications and continue as usual.

credit and a subscription service are two very different animals.
you use credit if you're going to call outside the area covered by your
plan. You must have bought skype credit at some point in time .. skype
does not use this credit tords the cost of any plans you have. they used
to, and I wish it was an option, but it is not.

Hi. hmm this doesn't sound normal to me. if you perchist it through
paypal then all you will get is a note from them every munth saying that
they have deliverd your perchis.you will get this same not from skype.

I have recently purchased a years subscription the 2.99 a month
unlimited United States and Canada calls. The problem is Skype is
continually warning me that I am running low on credit. Is this normal?
If not how can I go about contacting someone about this or fixing the
