Clisk is designed to control skype with out going directly to skype. As for your first question I've never done this in skype but maybe try for example using a fake number lol
+18005555555,12314,2 the first number is the number you are to dial as if you are entering it in to a phone. the second number is like a pass code or what ever, the thord is the number of a prompt.
