Karen B, I have posted your problems on the blind technology group and have not recieved any information back on how to further assist you. I am at a loss here as well as to how to help you. Another friend of mine is having some problems with his API. Some suggestions I read on this was to uninstall the program and reinstall. This might also help you out as well to uninstall and reinstall through your control panel's add and remove programs. I would uninstall Skypetalking, Skype, and the scripts in which you are using for Skype. Should you need the executables again I can send them to you via Drop Box just let me know. I have uninstalled Skype but no other Skype applications and reinstalled Skype and all my contacts showed back up.
