Hello Jose,
you didn't point out the Skype version you're running (or maybe you told us in another occasion and I do not remember); so, we will assume it deals with a very recent version meaning 4.x. You will have to look for the conversation with the person who sent the file. If you enabled compact view, a conversation window should open automatically; if not, you will find directly by pressing ctrl+2 and scrolling the list with harrows. When you manage to focus it, do it as follows:
1. press ctrl+5 to go to the messages list for that particular conversation;
2. press end to go to the last event which should be the file transfer, and then go up with harrows if something happened later, such as some chat messages written;
3. press tab till you find the save button.
You should now be ready to accept the file following further instructions.
