Just to make sure... You unzip to your settings\lng folder, lng being the language code for the language you use in JAWS.
If you have not put scripts for Skype in this JAWS version before, do this to kick things off before trying to use Ctrl+Shift+C: 1. Load Skype. 2. From the Skype window, type JAWSKey+0 (the 0 on the number row, not the number pad). This will open Skype.JSS in the JAWS Script Manager. 3. Type Ctrl+S to compile Skype.JSS. 4. Actually, I think it's due to the fact that your Windows is either non-?English or the locale is set to something other than English, and on the other side, JAWS has no corresponding folder with that language.
