Hi Yvonne ok, when you run the installer, it should ask you in which version of jaws you want the scripts to go, not sure why this wouldn't happen. However, once all the files have been installed, the thing to do is use insert plus q to tell you the skype version and the version of the scripts when you are focused on the skype window. Remember that this command can be used anywhere to let you know the application window you are focused on together with the version of whatever scripts are in use at the time. For example, if you are in an outlook window, insert q will report whatever version of outlook you have and the scripts associated with it. If you only want to know the version of the application you are viewing at the time, do insert plus control plus the letter v.
