I just discovered something. Under the Call and the Tools Menus when I go into sounds and then tab to where it should play the sound that I chose, none of the sounds play anything when I click on them. I do get sounds to indicate various functions such as hanging up a call or when someone comes into a conference call or drops out so sounds are working for at least some of the functions. I have my settings set on Automatically answer calls in case it does not ring. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
