Hello Jimbo,

Thank you for contacting Skype Customer Service.

We understand that you are receiving spams / phishing emails. We are happy to
help you resolve the issue.

If you receive an email claiming to be from Skype that you suspect is
fraudulent, please DO NOT open any attachments from the email, reply to the
email, or click any links in the email.

Fraudulent emails may ask you to provide your Skype password, Skype payment
details, or other sensitive personal information. They may also advise you that
your order is being delivered or has been refused. If you receive an email like
this, please let us know immediately.

These emails are known as "spoof" or "phishing" emails. The people who send
them hope that you will:

* Open the attachment to the email (if provided). If you do so, the attachment
could install malicious and potentially dangerous software on your computer.
* Reply to the email with sensitive personal information such as your Skype
password.
* Click a link in the email to go to a fraudulent web site.

Genuine emails from Skype are never anonymously addressed. They will always
contain your name or Skype name. The information they contain can either be
found on the skype.com website or on your Account page.

If you send an email to Skype Customer Service, our reply may ask you to
provide further account or billing information. This is normal. However, Skype
will NEVER request that you send us your password.

Please be extremely cautious when responding to any email request for sensitive
personal information.

or have additional questions please do not hesitate to contact us again.

Best Regards,
