Hello!
why don't you try out skype talking?
with a simple keystroke, you can join 2 calls together in a conference call.
I use skypetalking alot for this things.

I know discussions on this have taken place but I wish someone could put
together a tutorial on answering a call while you are already on a skype
call. I find I constantly run into trouble, putting the first person on
hold instead of joining the two calls together when I want to do this.
