Hey Salih,
I will try to give you some suggestions to find out what's going on there:
1. try checking if it's not a cyrillical or arabic language;
2. try pressing ctrl+shift+s and see if the problem solves;
3. I recommend you to uncheck the automatic enabling of Skype, Skype might
start faster than JAWS and this will cause the losing of accessibility
information.
