Hey,
I had the SkypeComp.bat with a friend of mine which uses Windows 7 64 bit,
and Nod32 antivirus. I am not sure if this is the case, that the operating
system or the antivirus blocks this kind of files.
Other suggestion is to make sure you are an administrator of your pc.
