For anyone who can get to it, the Skype Heartbeats page, http://heartbeat.skype.com/, shows that there are currently sign-in problems and problems with sending SMS text messages. I think the problems are a bit more involved, and perhaps the tweet is confirmation of this. The Heartbeats page is extremely slow as well, probably because half the civilized world is trying to read it at once...
