Hey,
assuming you're using a recent version of Skype and the JAWS scripts for
Skype, you will have to focus or open the chat window of the person which
sent you the contact, press ctrl+5, find the line which concerns the contact
sent, press tab till you find "Add to contacts" button and activate it with
space.
