no, there is, but through the skype command key.
for instance, use skype command key, then o, then s to announce the
contacts whose status is skype me.
or skype command key, then o, then d for don't disturb. and so.
i want to know how to assign shortcut keys for these scripts.

I am not an expert of JAWS scripts to tell you exactly how the script
works... However, be careful. What I think you mention is the script to
list the SkypeMe contacts. If you want to know instantly who goes SkypeMe,
I don't think there are scripts which accomplish this, use SkypeTalking
instead.
