I just tried both links, and Doug's page, as well as the skypewatch page
open just fine with Internet Explorer7, JAWS11 and Windows XP.

This is a strange issue for me too. If I try to go to Dug's page using
Jaws, the page appears to load never does. I used system access and it
loads but it really displays strangely.
