Hello,
this is the procedure:
1. open the chat window with the person which is sending the file by
selecting him/her from the conversations list (ctrl+2 with the scripts
running), pressing applications and choosing send IM;
2. press ctrl+5 for going to the conversations list;
3. press the end key, and if the line she reachs is not the one which says
about the file, press up harrow till she'll find it;
4. press tab till Save button, and follow instructions.
About notification, the sound will be played, and if she uses SkypeTalking
it should inform her.
