Hello, you have to locate the contact you recived the voicemail from, go to
the chat list and when it says someone sent a voicemail that someone being
your contact, then press tab once, there should be a play button
automatically then press enter on it. Hope this helps, if not perhaps
someone else or I could explain further.

I have been trying to retrieve my voicemail. I pressed alt control shift
z twice to get into voicemail. I then pressed alt control shift 1 and
then that sill didn't work so I tried alt 1 and even tried theapplications
key. I need step-by-step procedures for doing this. Your help would be
gratefully appreciated. Pam
