I'll repost this suggestion since I'm afraid it did not come through.
If you're using JAWS and the scripts for Skype, press alt+shift+f4 twice
quickly from within Skype. I don't know why, but no one besides me seems to
remember this command. And for information, if you think this has been
removed, you're in big, what I say big, ennormous mistake!
