sorry for being in delay with answering, but my gmail account found this
whole conversation as possible spam and did not let me download the messages
through Outlook Express.
Basically, it is a part of JAWS scripts for Skype which can report the Skype
system notifications, such as contacts signins and signouts. It can also
announce who is calling when some call is incoming. Differences between
Skype 3.x and newer versions are as follows:
1. in Skype 3.x, signouts won't be announced because there's no option to
activate the system tray notification for that event;
2. while in Skype 3.x we had a chance to modify the call alert as Windows
tray alert, in Skype 4 this choiece is gone, so SkypeWatch will report the
caller name by checking the live conversations list.
In addition, SkypeWatch can only announce the callers name in Skype versions
4.0 and 4.2, due to missing support to system tray notifications in these
Skype versions.
