Hi,
SkypeTalking is in message mode by default, so you don't have to use
Alt+Control+Shift+Z except you are using VoiceMail too. You can reply
easily by pressing Alt+Control+Shift+R twice quickly. This will open the
Skype window of the chat from which the message was sent, and you will
be focused on the typing edit box.
