You can go to the live tab when the Skype window is focused and use the keystroke Control+3 and see it that way. Or you can use the useful and handy SkypeTalking utility which will most certainly let you know who it is that is calling. Seeing as you are currently using Skype version 5.1, you can also install the latest scripts which will automatically set up SkypeWatch for you (if I am not mistaken, will also let you know who is calling?), I may be wrong with that though because I do not use SkypeWatch myself.
