Hi Sugar. You need to authorize Skype Talking to use Skype. Do the
following:
Open Skype, press Alt+T for the Tools menu, then O to activate the Options
menu. Arrow down to Advanced Options, then press Tab until you find the
"Manage other programs' access to Skype" link. Open the link by pressing
Enter or Space. From the list that appears, select Skype Talking, then
press Tab until you find the Allow Access button. Press Enter or space to
activate, and you should be good to go.
