sorry for that delay but my gmail account recognized your message and the
replyes as possible spam and did not let me download them.
First, make sure both items in Tools / Accessibility are checked. Secondly,
I recommend you to maximize the chat window if something goes wrong; same
with the main Skype window, and you can go through your desktop icon
properties for this latest purpose.
