Hey guys, I experienced a problem with my family on a video call, and I'm now asking some help. Starting from the beginning, both of my parents downloaded Skype last summer, so I assume they found Skype 4.2. My mother is running Windows Vista on her laptop, though I am not sure which operating system uses my father at work. We often make video calls since now my father works in a different city. Today, my mother's Skype updated automatically to version 5.1, while I don't think my father's one did. So, today the video call dropped after some time, and when we managed to reconnect each other, my mother was not able to see my father anymore. I suspect there's a compatibility issue between Skype 4.x and 5.x; can you confirm that, or do you think there could be other reasons for this to appen?
